Pregnancy tips, for getting pregnant the first time?

Posted on April 2nd, 2010 by admin

Just wondering what tips their are, on getting pregnant for the first time.

Things i need to do ect.

1) Start charting your cervical mucous and basal body temperature. There’s a great site that can aide in this that I use; www.fertilityfriend.com .

2) Start taking pre-natal vitamins.

3) Maybe get a check-up with your doctor and let him know you’re starting to try. He may have some suggestions also.

4) Eat healthier. Women who are a healthy weight and eat the proper food requirements for their age and weight are more likely to get pregnant quickly.

5) Talk to your hubby and ask him to get on board with you physically. Both of you should stop drinking, smoking and any recreational drugs. He should also engage in healthy eating. This will increase both of your fertility.

6) Have fun! Don’t put too much pressure on yourselves if it doesn’t happen right away. Enjoy the experience and try not to stress.

I am having a problem getting pregnant? Any tips? I?

Posted on March 17th, 2010 by admin

I am 21 years old, my husband is 33. We have been together for over 2 years. I have not been on birth control since the first 2 or 3 months since we have been together. I try to pinpoint my day of ovulation, but nothing has happened yet. Should we be tested? I really want to have a child. He wants to have one also.
Am I getting worried over nothing? Poeple have told me it will happen when it is meant to happen, but I dont want to get pregnant when he is too much older.

It will take longer then that for you to be worried. sometimes it takes couples years of trying before they conceive without fertility treatment. use ovulation tests to pinpoint your ovulation and have intercourse every other day for at least a week around your ovulation time. if this doesn’t work in 6 mos, talk to your doctor.

please help me with some advice on getting pregnant?

Posted on March 15th, 2010 by admin

i recently found out that my insurace doesnt cover fertility which really sucks because me and my husband has been trying to make a baby for over 5 years now. we simply do the "deed" in hopes that i will be pregnant that following month needless to say that never happen yet……… so i need a whole lot of advice on getting pregnant tips, positons, pills whatever it takes im willing to listen. this is very important to me. thank you so very much

First of all, try FertilAid or Vitex, I hear they work wonders. I’m about to try Vitex myself! They help regulate ovulation and are great for preventing early miscarriage, which is very common and can look just like a period.

Secondly, have sex every 11-20 days of your cycle, every day preferably, and try to track your ovulation with strips. (They’re cheap on eBay.)

Have sex in missionary position, and put a pillow under your butt for 30 minutes afterwards to help keep the sperm in the back to make sure it’s getting where it needs to go.

Hope this helps! It gave me a beautiful daughter!

Trying to get pregnant, tips and tricks?

Posted on March 13th, 2010 by admin

Okay well I ditched my pills and according to my chart I could be ovulating tomorrow, yay! My husband and I are very excited to finally start trying for a baby and I was wondering if y’all had any tips, advice, position ideas etc that could help us conceive faster, thanks ladies!

Make love. That is the only tip or trick I have.
There is nothing you can really do to increase your chance of getting pregnant..So don’t listen to the "Try this lotion or potion" or do it doggy style. Etc.

My husband and I just made love and we got pregnant..There really isn’t much you can do besides knowing when you ovulate.

Good Luck and Tons of baby dust!

what are some tips on getting pregnant?

my bf and i are trying to get pregnant and i was wondering about some good tips on getting pregnant. also how can i tell when im ovulating with out having to take a test all the time.
another question i have too is we have both been thinking that i might already be pregnant. i feel really sick in the mornings but i dont throw up. my breast dont hurt but my nipples do. my bf says that i have been really moody lately too. i took a test and it came up negative, could i still be pregnant?

Yes you could still be pregnant.
But, before you start ttc, you should start prenatal vitamins, at least folic acid. Folic acid is absolutely crucial in the first couple of weeks development.
I can always tell when I’m ovulating when my cervix is really low. Basically when I do the naughty with hubby and hits it really easily and it hurts, I’m like keep going because I’m ovulating!
Also if you chart your temperatures you can tell when you’re ovulating.

Getting Pregnant After Miscarriage – Take Your Time

Posted on March 10th, 2010 by admin

http://www.gettingpregnantaftermiscarriages.com/ – The most important aspect in conceiving after suffering a miscarriage is time, you need to give yourself time to heal both physically and mentally before even trying to become pregnant again. There is hope, I myself suffered a second trimester miscarriage and then went on to have a beautiful baby girl. There is light at the end of the tunnel!

whats the best posistion to to get pregnant also tips on getting pregnant?

Posted on March 9th, 2010 by admin

i have trying for 2 yrs now plz help me i am desprite

Some doctors say position doesn’t matter, and some say missionary may help somewhat, especially if you have a tilted uterus. Also, try lying on your back with your pelvis tilted up (a pillow or two under your behind helps) for 20 minutes after sex (again, doctors disagree, but some say it might help, so why not?).

Do you track your ovulation and periods regularly? I used urine strips in the past, but prefer my saliva ovulation kit (I use Ovulite, from Amazon.com for about $30). It tells you when you are not ovulating, about to ovulate, ovulating, finished ovulating and pregnant.

Are you watching your diet? I have read information recently that high amounts of trans fats and saturated fats affects fertility in women.

Also, do you use lubricant? Most lubes out there are aggressive and can kill sperm, try using sperm-friendly lubes like from earlypregnancytests.com.

Finally, visit your doctor. They say a woman under 30 should be pregnant within a year, over 30 within 6 months. Your obgyn will do a pap test, cervical/uterine exam and blood work to generally check everything out for you. If nothing is found, your partner should see a doctor to check his sperm count and motility.

Best of luck to you.

How to get pregnant tips?

My BF and I have been aming to have a baby. So far no luck. I’ve was on birth conrtol but i stopped taking it in febuary. I was only using it about 5 months or so. Also my period are irregualar which makes things a little bit harder. Any tips?

After being on BP for so long, it will take your body a while to get back to it’s natural cycle after being off of BP. The effects of BP still linger up to six months to a year sometimes. There are some people who are so fertile that they get pregnant right away. Others just have to wait.
